With us you need to contact us and book a fitting appointment 4-6 months in advance to secure a slot in our busy schedule. But we are only going to meet you in person 4-5 weeks before the wedding to make sure the dress is going to fit your current body shape.

The second and usually final appointment is also a fitting appointment. You will try the dress on and see if you like the fit. Usually the fit is perfect as discussed and you can proceed to collect that day. If we decide that we can do more adjustments then we can book another appointment of course. It's up to you to decide when is the alterations process finished

e aim to finish alterations in 7 days maximum. When you initially book appointment, you will choose your collection date as well. We also offer same-day or next-day services if required with extra charge. Once your item is ready for a collection, we will notify you via text or email. Note that for wedding dress orders you have to come at the agreed fitting date.

As a general rule, a wedding dress can be altered with one size up depending on the design and the make of the dress. Rarely possible to size up with two sizes

Every dress is an individual situation because it depends on the style, fabric, embellishments, seam allowance etc, but standard advice is a dress can be reduced with no more that two sizes. Three or four sizes difference results in changes to the overall look of the design so it is not recommended. Still it can be done if you are determined to wear the dress regardless.

Or if you prefer on the day you collect the finished dress using your mobile phone to transfer via PayPal, bank transfer or pay cash

On the day of the fitting we expect you to bring your wedding dress your wedding shoes your nude seamless shapewear or knickers advice will be given if you need to bring anything else depending on the dress It is important to know that we are not able to do a proper thorough fitting without all these elements present on the day, especially the shoes ​ Most likely is that there will be no need of wearing a bra with the dress, we do our best to build in the bra cups into the dress where possible, which is always the best option. And we provide all the materials needed.​
